Grilled Seafood


YOU do not need to be told again that Makassar is very rich of marine products. So that for hundreds years Makassar people are very fond of seafood such as fish, squid, shrimp, crabs, etc. The Makassarese original way of cooking of these foods is roasted or grilled.
Grilled seafood with Makassar special flavor is so delicious. Traditionally combustion is using charcoal embers. This way not only brings seafood with a special aroma, but also did not lose a sense of the original.
